Privacy and form handling

Do not submit secrets. Do not include passwords, MFA or recovery codes, payment-card data, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

How the request form works

The work request form posts to FormSubmit, a third-party form relay. FormSubmit sends the submission toward William’s email and archives submissions for 30 days according to its documentation. This means the information you enter is processed by a third party, not only by Carrier MSP.

First-use activation

FormSubmit activation is not yet complete. The first live submission triggers an activation email that William must approve before the relay is ready for normal use. If you prefer, email william@carriermsp.com directly.

What to share

Provide only the business contact and technical context needed for an initial scope review. William can discuss an appropriate method for sharing any additional information after contact is established.
